How does the Income Share Agreement (ISA) work?
The Income Share Agreement (ISA) ensures that Brave and its mentees share a unified objective. Under this agreement, mentees commit to pay a portion of their base salary to Brave for 12 months (the Repayment Period) once they secure employment. An initial deposit might be incorporated, which will be offset against the eventual fees upon job placement. The specific percentage and any deposit are set based on the effort needed to prepare the mentee for their career.
Who qualifies for the $0 deposit?
We offer $0 deposit for qualified applicants. You qualify if you successfully finish our industry project or pass the aptitude test. This qualification process helps us ensure commitment and manage resources effectively while providing opportunities to dedicated candidates.
If you want to start mentorship while still working on the project, or if you are currently employed full-time while looking to switch careers, different deposit terms may apply. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
What is my learning experience look like during the mentorship?
Your mentorship starts with 12 one-on-one live sessions, with the frequency decided between you and your mentor. The experience is fully customized to your needs. You'll get expert insights, personalized resume feedback, and mock interview coaching to help you stand out and land your ideal role.
Am I guaranteed an offer if I join?
The quick answer is No. We equip you with the knowledge and skills to get and outstand from interviews, we also support your every step during the job application stage. If you didn't receive an offer after 12 months of job hunting, we will not charge any mentorship cost. For qualified applicants who received the $0 deposit option, there would be no payment required at all.
If I get an offer but stop working after 6 months, what will happen to the payment?
In this case, you will first pay for the installments for the period you are hired (6 installments as an example). We will continue to support you until you land another position. You will pay for the remaining installments based on the same agreed-upon ISA percentage, and the new salary. The same policy applies if you change jobs before completing paying for 12 salary-based installment.
